Your new company

Hays are delighted to be partnered with a leisure provider in Dundee to support their continued growth. This role is being offered on a full-time, temporary basis to provide much needed holiday cover to a busy reception desk.

Your new role

In your new role, you will become part of a collaborative team to manage and maintain the main reception desk. You will be supporting the management of their internal email inbox, handling and responding to emails accordingly. Call handling, distributing calls to the correct members of staff and assisting where possible, as well as administrative tasks where necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed, you will need to be a motivated individual who is actively looking to gain some valuable experience. You will have previous experience working in an office support role and be open to temporary roles.
