Ideally you will have a mixed background of a global matrixed company and a SME.

In return, you will receive an hourly rate based on an annual salary of between £50,000 - £60,000

Your new role

Some duties will include:
Talent Management
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent application of UK employment laws and company policies
- Support performance review cycles, including goal-setting, feedback collection, and calibrations.
- Partner with managers to facilitate constructive performance discussions and develop actionable development plans.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Oversee core HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, absence management, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and UK employment laws.
- Maintain and update employee records in Rippling (HRIS) and other systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Recruitment & Onboarding
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for various roles, with a strong focus across functional expertise (Sales, CS, Engineering, Product, G&A).
- Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry-specific platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by maintaining timely communication and providing an excellent candidate experience.
- Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to ensure our recruitment strategies are competitive and effective.
- Conduct comprehensive new hire onboarding to ensure seamless integration into the company.
HR Programs & Initiatives
- Collaborate on People initiatives, including employee engagement, and learning and development.
- Coordinate logistics for UK people programs, such as training sessions, workshops, and team events.
- Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders visiting the office.
