Job Summary:
The charity is seeking an experienced and strategic Retail Manager to oversee and lead a team of 12 store managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail, with a particular focus on second-hand fashion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and support a team of 12 store managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance store performance and customer experience.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting professional development and growth.
- Collaborate with senior management to align retail strategies with organisational goals.
- Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
- Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
- Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the retail division.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or similar role, preferably in the fashion industry.
- A strong background in second-hand fashion retail is highly desirable.
