Job Summary:
The charity is seeking an experienced and strategic Retail Manager to oversee and lead a team of 12 store managers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fashion retail, with a particular focus on second-hand fashion. This role requires a hands-on leader who can drive performance, implement strategic initiatives, and foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of 12 store managers to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance store performance and customer experience.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards across all stores.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting professional development and growth.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align retail strategies with organisational goals.
  • Oversee inventory management, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Drive initiatives to increase customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Manage budgets, financial performance, and resource allocation for the retail division.
Qualifications:
