Hays are proud to be working with a well-established public sector organisation based in Edinburgh City Centre who are looking to add an enthusiastic Finance Administrator to their team.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for:
- Sales and Purchase Ledger
- Processing payments - cash, cheque, credit card and BACS
- Supplier statements
- Credit Control
- Processing journals
- Payment runs
- Supporting with month end tasks
- Resolving internal and external queries
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you will be an enthusiastic finance professional who has experience in a similar role. You will have strong communication skills and be comfortable speaking at all levels within a company. Having Sage experience is beneficial but not essential.
