Job Description:
Join a leading legal firm in Bradford as a Customer Service Account Manager. This temporary, long-term role is perfect for a proactive and client-focused individual with a strong sales background and a keen understanding of residential conveyancing services. You will act as the primary liaison between the firm and prospective clients, ensuring a seamless and professional experience throughout the client acquisition process. Your primary objective will be to drive business growth by generating and providing accurate quotations, converting leads, and maintaining strong relationships with workplace providers.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement & Lead Conversion
- Respond promptly to all enquiries within agreed service levels, providing professional and accurate information regarding legal services.
- Generate detailed and transparent proposals for prospective clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy in pricing and service expectations.
- Actively follow up on leads, engage potential clients, and address any queries related to residential conveyancing.
- Utilise the firm’s Quoting Platform to send prospective clients tailored quotations and instructions on how to proceed.
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process by gathering necessary client details and liaising with internal teams to initiate case files.
Process Management & Compliance
- Provide clients with guidance on the firm's applications and conveyancing processes while introducing them to their assigned lawyer.
- Manage and update the Quoting Platform, ensuring fee scales remain current and onboarding new work referrers as needed.
- Monitor and maintain relationships with work referrers, referral partners, and other external stakeholders to maximise business opportunities.
- Ensure adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements, maintaining professionalism in all client interactions.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and converted instructions.
- Stay updated with departmental objectives, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive sales success.
