- Proactively responding to inbound enquiries from both existing and potential customers.
- Receiving and processing customer orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Identifying client needs and proposing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with the wider team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth.
