UK Sales Manager - £65,000 OTE £80,000 / Company Car / Remote!

I have partnered with a prominent manufacturing company who specialises in sanitation and hygiene equipment for the workplace.

Your new role
  1. Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets and expand market share.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  3. New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base and increase sales revenue.
  4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  5. Product Promotion: Develop and execute promotional campaigns to highlight the benefits and features of hygiene equipment products.
  6. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.
  7. Sales Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports, including performance metrics, forecasts, and market insights for senior management.
  8. Compliance and Standards: Ensure all sales activities comply with industry regulations and company standards, maintaining the integrity and reputation of the brand.
