- Supervising classes during teacher's absences.
- Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and ensuring students remain focused.
- Assisting students with their learning and addressing any questions.
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity of education.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively
- Enthusiasm for working with young people.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Previous experience in an educational setting is advantageous but not required.
