• Qualifications:
  Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a relevant degree.
• Experience:
  Significant teaching experience in a primary school setting, with a track record of leadership and management.
• Skills:
  Strong organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to inspire and motivate staff and students.
• Knowledge:
  Comprehensive understanding of primary education and current educational practices.
