• Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers.
• Ensure students remain on task with the work set by the absent teacher.
• Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
• Provide support and guidance to students as needed.
• Assist with administrative tasks and other duties as required.

• Previous experience working in a school environment is desirable; experience working with young people via Scouts/Guides/sports coaching is also considered
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students.
