We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Career Teacher (ECT) of Science to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, inspiring students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated science lessons.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
- Participate in extracurricular activities and school events.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the science curriculum and teaching methods.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in a relevant science subject.
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for science education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students.
