Your new role
- Document management;
- Transcribing and proofreading letters, emails, and other correspondence
- Handling audio typing and basic file management
- Typing documents and tracking amendments
- Performing scanning, paginating, and photocopying tasks
- Assisting with file opening, ID checks, and client care letter preparation
- Providing general administrative support to the team.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proficiency in organising, numbering, and amending legal documents.
- Confidence in formatting legal documents.
- Excellent written and oral communication abilities.
- A keen eye for accuracy and precision.
- Good organisational and time management abilities.
- Strong team player.
- Great typing skills.
- Motivated with a commitment to continuous learning.
- Previous secretarial experience in the legal field is advantageous.
