Your new role:

This new role will take place in the classroom, working in the mornings with a young individual who has autism and autistic needs. You will be this child’s key person as they learn to develop their skills and confidence in the classroom alongside their peers. Your role will consist of working with this child on their academic skills, alongside their developmental skills, and taking them outside the classroom environment to focus on concentration and reviewing the content that has been taught in the classroom in their own special way.
