You will be joining a multidisciplinary firm that specialises in creating innovative and sustainable designs. Your new role
- Design Development: Lead the design development process, ensuring architectural integrity and compliance with project requirements.
- Technical Expertise: Provide advanced technical knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
- Project Management: Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring successful project delivery.
- Coordination: Liaise with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless project integration and execution.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct quality control checks and ensure adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- MCIAT (Preferred)
- Minimum 5 years Post Qualification industry experience
- Trained in the use of AutoCAD and Revit within a professional environment with a good understanding of BIM.
- 25 days annual leave per year plus bank holidays.
