Job Title: Senior Building Surveyor (Consultancy)

Location: Warrington, Merseyside (covering North West)

£50,000-£60,000 basic salary (negotiable depending on experience) + car allowance + industry-leading bonus + excellent benefits package

4 days a week on site and one day working from home.

Your new role

As a Senior Building Surveyor, your role will predominantly project focused whilst delivering building survey and professional service work in service of a project e.g. dilapidations. This role will suit someone that is confident client-facing with a commercial mindset. As well as delivering services, you will be tasked with advising clients and supporting them to reach their desired outcome, advising on realistic solutions.
