Job Purpose:
To provide customer-focused and effective administration support to the Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
- Good numerical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Competent user of Microsoft Office Applications
- Ability to organise work
- Ability to work accurately
- Ability to work with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality
Essential:
- Excellent customer service
- Computer-literate
Key Duties:
- Support the Manager with collating KPI performance data from different departments
- Supporting with database developments for reporting purposes
- Updating records and logs
- Assisting with the collection of data required for the database
- Distribution of generic letters
- Organising meetings and generating agendas
- Assisting with the preparation and submission of statistical data information
