Job Purpose:
To provide customer-focused and effective administration support to the Manager.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required:
  • Good numerical, verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
  • Competent user of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to organise work
  • Ability to work accurately
  • Ability to work with sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality
Essential:
  • Excellent customer service
  • Computer-literate
Key Duties:
  • Support the Manager with collating KPI performance data from different departments
  • Supporting with database developments for reporting purposes
  • Updating records and logs
  • Assisting with the collection of data required for the database
  • Distribution of generic letters
  • Organising meetings and generating agendas
  • Assisting with the preparation and submission of statistical data information
