Hays is working with a property developer who require a Setting Out Engineer on a short-term project.

Your new role

The project is a 5-storey 100-bed student accomodation.
For the first week one day will be required to get all the marking out done.
Then returning the following week to monitor, verify and suggest any necessary adjustments until all the setting out is complete.

What you'll need to succeed

• Able to evidence experience setting out high rise project

• Have or be able to attain your own kit
• SMSTS/SSSTS desirable

What you'll get in return

• Up to £250 per day

• We can pay you via an LTD company if you have one. Otherwise, payments via PAYE.

• ASAP start - ideally Monday 24th February
