Your new role

Your New Company is seeking an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction sites in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and supervise all on-site activities, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations on-site.
Conduct regular site inspections and ensure compliance with building codes and standards.
Prepare and submit progress reports to senior management.
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Relevant certifications or qualifications in construction management or a related field.
