Your new role

- Supervising highway construction works and reporting to the Group Engineering Manager to provide updates on progress.

- Delivering multi-disciplined Section 278 Works ensuring all elements are completed to a high standard and to deadlines.

- On-site supervision/management of the construction team and visitors for the entire duration of the Civil Engineering works.

- Project managing multiple Civil Engineering projects.

- Monitor the construction works to ensure all specifications are adhered to.

- Assist the Engineering Team with the design drawings to ensure they are followed correctly.

- Sub-contractor supervision including site inductions and site record reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

The ideal candidate will have current relevant experience of overseeing highway works and supervising all disciplines onsite. However, there may be time where you are visiting between site and the office, ultimately providing a varied day-to-day balance.
