Your new role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer to join our team and work on our web applications. The primary focus will be on a Ruby on Rails application, with secondary responsibilities involving a Python Django project.

What you'll need to succeed

• Develop and maintain a Ruby on Rails web application
• Contribute to Python Django web application and Restful services
• Develop and maintain RESTful API
• Integrate and utilise Opensearch functionality
• Manage and optimise PostgreSQL database

• Proven experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Proven experience with Python and Django
• Familiarity with AWS cloud services
• Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL
• Experience with Opensearch or similar search technologies
• Familiarity with Redis

What you'll get in return

This contract role is £650 a day Inside IR35 for a 6-month contract.

SC clearance is needed for this role.
