A multinational telecommunications business providing broadband and mobile communication services. They are a leader in the industry and strive to be at the forefront of new and innovative technology and infrastructure. This role will sit within the Real Estate team and manage a range of real estate leasing matters.

Your new role

• Manage lease renewals, licences to alter, other related real estate projects.

• Draft, negotiate and review relevant legal documents.

• Undertake due diligence checks and create thorough reports aligned to the client's Real Estate Manual.

• Attend client meetings as well as support with client presentations and marketing.

• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, legal changes, and best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified lawyer, 5+ PQE as a guideline

• Strong relationship management skills with experience understanding client needs and supporting various members of the team.

• An ability to quickly adjust in a fast-paced environment, utilising your previous knowledge while also adjusting to new legal issues.

• Experience recognising process improvement and automation opportunities.

• Attention to detail, problem-solving, prioritisation and analytical skills.
