Store Manager! £60k
If you like the idea of running a £multi-million store and inspiring your team to be proud of everything you’ve achieved together, you’re going to find this a hugely rewarding role.
One day you could find yourself sorting out deliveries, placing orders and scheduling hours to meet operational efficiency targets. Next, you might focus on people management and performance, handling customer queries or carrying out spot checks. And all the while, you’ll handle the overriding goals of maximising sales in your store, ensuring great customer service, minimising costs and optimising operational efficiency.
Our Store Managers are passionate about doing well; motivating and developing their teams to deliver excellent customer service.
You’ll need to be:
•An experienced people-manager
•Used to leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environment
•Skilled in time management, cost control and boosting operational efficiency
•Motivated to consistently achieve targets
Person specification
As a Store Manager, you’ll need heaps of energy, great ideas and a lot of character. After all, it’s your personality that sets the tone of the whole store. But it’s this personality that’ll help your team when the going gets tough.
With experience of directly managing and leading a team to achieve objectives in a target-driven, stakeholder/customer-focused environment, you’re able to take control when things get busy. And with your own leadership style, you know the little things matter – whether it’s a surprise breakfast for the team, or an after-work delivery to a customer.
Benefits
•Salary from £50,600, rising to £65,996
•Flexible 40-or 45-hour contracts.
•5 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays
•Put your feet up on your break...we'll pay you for it!
•Company sick pay scheme
•Company Pension
•Company maternity, paternity and adoption leave after 2 years
•24/7 online wellness portal
