Your new role

We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Supply Chain Manager to oversee inventory and supply chain operations. In this hands-on leadership role, you will manage the flow of materials, ensure the availability of necessary supplies, and optimise inventory levels to meet production needs. You will play a pivotal role in driving productivity and optimising Belfast’s site spending for direct and indirect materials. You will coordinate with the commodity manager to source materials, negotiate and implement supplier agreements, and manage a team of purchasing professionals.


What you'll need to succeed

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven progressive experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory control within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team effectively.
  • Knowledge and experience with MRP Systems, Oracle business system.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and an action-oriented mindset.


What you'll get in return

  • A competitive salary between £50,000 - £60,000 annually.
  • Full-time, set schedule: Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:00am – 1:30pm with an early finish every week.
