Your New Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team providing essential care and support. No previous experience or qualifications are necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting personal and physical care needs.
- Managing and administering medication.
- Assisting with daily living tasks.
- Managing tenancy agreements and security.
- Maintaining accurate records.
- Attending health appointments and liaising with external professionals.
- Supporting individuals in activities that promote health and wellbeing, such as arts and crafts, sports, social events, and holidays.
What You Will Need To Succeed:
- A commitment to training and personal development.
- Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
- Ability to support individuals in a flexible and safe environment.
- Domestic skills including cooking, cleaning, and laundry.
- Commitment to achieving relevant qualifications and standards.
- Desirable: Ability to communicate in Welsh, a non-judgemental attitude, ability to remain calm in stressful situations, a full and valid driver’s licence with Business Class 1 vehicle insurance, and flexibility to work various hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
