Year 1 Primary Teacher – North Birmingham

Your new school

You will be joining a school in North Birmingham that has been rated ‘Good’ by Ofsted. This school is dedicated to achieving the highest standards and outcomes for its students, while fostering an environment where individuality is celebrated, and students are encouraged to set high expectations for themselves. The staff are dedicated, compassionate, and committed to helping each child reach their full potential, demonstrating their genuine care and dedication. The role offers an immediate start in September 2025.

Your new role
The school is seeking a qualified primary teacher to work full-time in their Year 1 classroom. This position involves all aspects of classroom teaching, including planning, preparation, and assessment. You will be responsible for teaching and managing a class of 30 children on a daily basis.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be successful in securing this position, you must be a qualified primary teacher and have experience of working with children in KS1, be adaptable to supporting children’s needs and have effective behaviour management. You will also be a good team player, have a good understanding and knowledge of the National Curriculum. Paid to scale, dependent on experience.

In addition to this, we will require two satisfactory references, and you must be available to start in September 2025.
