Science Teacher needed for Long-Term Cover !
- Start date: ASAP
- Subject: Science Teacher Key Stage 3/4
- Timetable: Full-Time ongoing role, possibility of going temp to perm
We are working in partnership with an Ofsted ‘Outstanding’ School located in Leicestershire. They are seeking an enthusiastic Science Teacher to start ASAP.
To be successful, you will be a qualified Science Teacher with recent experience teaching across Key Stage 3 and 4 and have experience with planning and marking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective Science lessons.
- Teach all 3 Sciences at Key Stage 3/4 following the AQA
- Support students' academic and personal development.
- Participate in departmental meetings and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Degree in Science or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development
