An iconic entertainment centre are hiring a Technical Services Manager for their site in central London

Your new company

Our client are an entertainment business who own and operate one of the largest entertainment destinations in the UK. They are hiring a Technical Services Manager for their unique site in central London. The working pattern is Monday-Friday.

Your new role

As Technical Services Manager you will provide technical leadership and operational excellence within the building services team. You will use your technical knowledge and operational experience to ensure hard services are delivered effectively, from PPMs to reactive repairs. You will ensure all administrative tasks associated are complete and take ownership of this. Key duties will include:

  • Maintenance management - reactive and planned (PPMs etc.)
  • Management of M&E maintenance services
  • Fabric maintenance
  • Use of CAFM systems
  • Relevant admin - PPMs, CAFM, hot works, permits to work etc.
  • Line management of in-house maintenance team (fabric, basic maintenance only)
  • Managing 3rd party contractors for M&E and other specialist providers - performance management, KPIs, client relationships etc.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will require a proven track record in technical and maintenance management within a commercial environment. You will also require:

  • Relevant qualifications (M&E, building services etc.)
  • IOSH managing safely or similar is preferred, not essential
  • Extensive CAFM system experience
  • Strong technical knowledge across hard services
  • Building services experience

When successful in securing this role you will receive a permanent contract with a large, successful entertainment provider. You will also receive:

  • £60,000 - £65,000 salary
