Hays is delighted to present a new role on behalf of their client, a bespoke private-sector organisation based in Birmingham. They are looking for a proactive and driven individual to join their team and develop into a talented Management Accountant.

Your new role

This role is an all-around great opportunity for maximal exposure to the management accounting process. This role will cover reporting, as well as industrial and commercial accounting. This is an amazing opportunity for someone to learn and develop.

What you'll need to succeed

An example of a successful application will include:
- A recent graduate with a degree related to Accountancy and Finance OR an AAT part-qualified/full-qualified individual looking to take the next step
- Ideally 1-2 years experience within an accounting and finance role
- Ability to go in office 3-4 days a week
- A drive to become a successful accountant, with a view to becoming chartered in the next few years
