Your new role

• Daily bank reconciliation and related cash book allocations
• Running ageing reports, sharing remittances with customers, and ensuring sales ledger control account is reconciled
• Supporting order release and credit limit checks
• Liaising with cross-functional departments
• Setting up payment runs for approval
• Reconciliation, invoice queries, remittances vs payments
• Weekly AP review with FC
• Employee expenses
• Credit Card administration
• Supporting payroll function
• Working alongside with HR, monthly reconciliation process and operational level payroll administration
• Ad-hoc tasks to be performed as requested by the line manager
