Your new role

This home working employment solicitor role will see you join a successful team that goes from strength to strength. You will work on a mix of advisory and contentious work for respondent clients. The role will see you work closely with clients, managing a number of key relationships as well as supervising and mentoring more junior fee earners.

What you'll need to succeed

You should be an experienced employment lawyer operating at Senior Associate or Legal Director level. You will have good technical skills as well as the ability to forge effective and long-term relationships with clients.
