JOB HOURS: Monday to Friday 9am–5.30pm
JOB HOLIDAYS: 28 days per year, including statutory holidays

Your new role
This role will be office based, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.The ideal candidate will provide dedicated daily administrative support and manage recruitment needs, ensuring all administrative and clerical tasks are completed promptly and efficiently for both recruitment and office operations.
- Recruitment, advertising, shortlisting applicants, conducting telephone screening, and arranging face-to-face interviews
- Onboarding of successful applicants, including Right to Work checks, DBS applications, and employer reference verifications
- Managing and updating personal records
- Resignation acknowledgement and exit interviews
- Probation and retention Interviews
- Communicating with the managers to ensure recruitment needs are met
- General office admin tasks
- Actioning employer reference requests
What you'll need to succeed
- CIPD Level 3 qualified or hands-on recruitment experience essential
- Administrative experience with knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Excellent verbal, written and numeracy skills.
- Good telephone manner
- Excellent organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and prioritise effectively.
- An ability to work independently and on your own initiative within specified guidelines or processes.
- Well-developed interpersonal skills and able to deal with colleagues at all levels.
- An ability to work appropriately with confidential and sensitive information.
- Knowledge of Ofsted - desirable.
