The Hays London Central office is home to our London Professional Services team. Our office hosts over 100 expert recruiters who each specialise in hiring for public sector and charity-not-for-profit organisations across London. Our consultants are specialists in areas covering Human Resources (HR), Procurement, Marketing, Finance, Business Support and Technology.

High performers club

Each Quarter, we celebrate our top fee performers across the wider region with an afternoon out in Central London with food, drinks and a fun activity. This has included go-karting, virtual darts, climbing the O2 and many other competitive events.

Newcomer Elite

This event celebrates the newer members within our teams – our recruitment consultants. Our consultants earn tickets for their performance, , and each half year go into the draw to attend the Newcomer Elite event; a great opportunity for those selected to celebrate their development, growth and success. It’s also the perfect occasion to network with your peers and learn more about our vibrant community.

Each year, we come together as a team to celebrate our shared successes in the first half of our financial year, highlighting individual top performers and the top performing teams. Hosted by our MD, the exclusive black-tie dinner event is held in some of London's most iconic venues.

Your Hays Story

Hays Pride

To recognise Pride month, we hold a number of events celebrating the diversity of our staff. We run various fundraising activities to support charities working with the LGBTQIA+ community, including bake sales and setting up our own in office 'Pop Up' Pride Bar. We often collaborate with our customers, and hold events together where we invite guest speakers.

The London Central Senior Leadership Team invite you to take part in a new challenge – one that doesn’t involve meeting customers and making fees! This is the perfect opportunity to spend some quality time with colleagues and the Senior Leadership Team, raise money for a good cause, take on an exciting challenge climbing the stunning Snowdonia, focus on a training schedule to help you feel good and function well, and of course have some fun!

Our dedicated employee networks connect our diverse communities, helping all our people feel like they belong at Hays. Centrally located, our offices are on the doorstep to all of London’ s major landmarks. With great transport links, being just minutes from St Paul’s, Bank, Mansion House, Blackfriars, City Thameslink and Liverpool Street stations, it’s not only an exciting place to work, but easy to travel to.
