We have jobs spanning all levels of seniority, from entry level administrator positions to senior leadership and director positions. Entry level positions within HR usually command a salary of around £18,000-£23,000 per annum. HR directors can expect to earn from £60,000 to more than £100,000 per annum. Compensation depends on the level of experience you have, the skills you can offer and the organisation type and sector in which you work.  

Soft skills that employers are looking for include communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to implement change, flexibility and adaptability, problem-solving and critical thinking. Technical skills that are desired include experience working with talent management systems and databases, interviewing, onboarding and offboarding, organisation and multitasking.
