Environmental issues and climate challenges are at the forefront of many industries more than ever and property services is no exception.
New building regulations are – and will continue – being introduced to combat the climate crisis and property services teams will need to be equipped to respond to these. Software solutions such as smart building sensors that control heat and lighting and systems that track energy use in real time will be increasingly implemented and property services professionals must be ready to make use of these.
